Store related
Yes, we are a local company based in Singapore.
Currently, we do not operate on a retail model. All items online will be dispatched locally from our designated warehouse to your doorstep.
Our operating hours are Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm | Saturday: 10am – 2pm
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
We source our items internationally from reputable and reliable sources. We also partner with reputable household brands for distribution. We strive to provide our customers best in class products and solutions at a fraction of the cost.
Order Related
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order details and delivery details. You will receive another email once your order leaves our warehouse with the order tracking number.
You can change or cancel your order anytime before the status of the order changes to Fulfilled. Once your order status is in Fulfilled, we will not be able to change or accept the cancellation, as the order would have been packed and dispatched out to the courier.
Delivery Related
You can track the order at any time via the emails that have been sent to you. Once the order is successfully dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the order tracking number which you can use to track where the items are.
It depends on where you will be sending the item to. For local delivery, we offer 3 main types of delivery mode.
Standard 1-3 days delivery: Order will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the time the order was placed. Orders placed after 2pm will be considered on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery: Order will be delivered the next working day if it was placed before 2pm.
Same Day Delivery: Order will be delivered on the same working day if the order is placed before 12 noon.
For International delivery, the estimated arrival date will be shown when you check out with all information duly filled in.
You may select for a same day delivery or arrange for the item to be picked up at our warehouse.
Yes, you may arrange for a self-collection at our warehouse. Do drop us an email at support@kyndle.sg or contact us via the Live chat on our website to arrange. Quote your order number for us to check. We will process and arrange a date for you to collect your items.
Self-collection at our warehouse is only available from Mon – Fri: 2pm – 5pm.
Yes, you may send your item overseas. Please input all recipient details at the checkout page to check on the price quotes and estimated delivery timeline.

All Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and shall be returned to you at a pick up fee of SGD$7.
Warranty
Electronics Warranty:
All electronic products unless otherwise stated within the product description carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
This Limited Local Warranty does not cover any minor imperfections in products that meet design specifications or imperfections that do not materially alter functionality. We make no satisfaction guarantees, performance guarantees, risk free guarantees, error free guarantees. Any express or implied warranties including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, performance, use or merchantability. Whether by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded to the maximum extent permissible by applicable laws.
All items will have to be returned back to our designated location by you.
