Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Do take note the 30-day policy is only applicable from the date of purchase.

All items marked for Return has to reach us in good condition for us to process any form of refund. A return of the item can be self arranged or arranged by us on your behalf at a fee of $7(before GST) for items up to 5kg. Additional $1/kg(before GST) is applicable thereafter.
All Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and shall be returned to you at a pick-up fee of $7(before GST) for items up to 5kg. Additional $1/kg(before GST) is applicable thereafter.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Subscriptions
Cancellation of subscriptions are allowed. Difference of the original price of the item and the subscription discounted price of the item for entire tenor of the subscription will have to be compensated before we can proceed with the cancellation. This is as we have committed to purchase in advance your items within the subscription to fulfil your orders in a timely manner.
